Title comes from the fact that Judas is the forgotten prince, left small in the memories of his parents after his sudden departure.
In real life, lionesses move away from the pride to give birth on their own. Then they spend a few months raising the cub until it's old enough to be presented to the lion. While Judas's birth reflects this to an extent (Sarabi DOES go away from Pride Rock to give birth), she presents him to Mufasa afterwards, something not done in real life.
And for Judas, I try to be as realistic as possible.
