History of the image:
It was a warm day at Pridelands...
many years after the great battle between the Pridelanders and the Outsiders. The young prince, Simba's youngest son, Kali, was at the top of Pride rock with his father, Simba. But Kali's mind drifted away. All he could think about was leaving the Pridelands and living his life. No responsibilities, no worries. ... "And so you will have to learn to live in harmony with all creatures." "Kali?" Simba said, watching his younger son wander. "Kali!" Simba nudged her shoulder, frowning. "Hey, what?" The little lion gasped, his blue-green eyes floating. "You are dreaming again. These lessons are important to you and your siblings." Simba said. "Why should I be here, Dad?" "I'm not going to be king," Kali protested, frowning at her father, "because you're going to be your sister's counselor, you must know all these things to help him." Kiara asked, smiling proudly, "Why? Do not you want to be king? Kiara asked, smiling. What if I do not want to be king? "Kali asked, shaking his head." Because it's not fun, "Kali said coldly. Simba laughed and shook his head. It's okay, we'll continue later, you can run and have fun. "He nudged them." And stay in Priderock's vision! "He called while they fled.
Kali slowly moved away from Kiara until she was out of sight.
"Fwenzi and Koko want to play?" The young lion wondered.
Kali looked around so no one would see him and ran to the Outlands to find Fwenzi and Koko.
Long afterwards, out of sight of his father, Kali amused himself with the two friendly hyenas.
"I think it's better to go ... it seems like the weather is going to be kind of bad ..." the puppy told his friends
back to PrideRock
"Where is your brother?" Simba addressed Kiara and Kion.
"I thought he was with you, or with Kiara," Kion replied.
- "No, I lost sight just after leaving Pride Rock"
Simba changed his expression, in a more worried tone, he called Nala and asked the other Lions to look for Kali!
and as warned by Rafiki, the storm in PrideLands began
Kali, on the same river (where Zira would fall years later) was lost
After the Lion Guard was warned, the whole royal family went to look for the cub.
"Daad !! Moom!" the prince cried out for his parents in the storm
unfortunately, those who heard it were not the parents, but three adult hyenas who went looking for the puppy to kill him
so they find it faster than others
"Hahahahah, then, puppy, what are you doing here in this storm alone?" Azante She was staring at him, licking his lips.
"S-Stay away from me h-hyena!" Kali stepped away until he hit Kwapa's paw. "Uh ..." he looks in fear, looking face to face with the hyena "You can not do anything to me! I am the son of the king!"
"Simba's son? Hahahahaha!"
none of the three hyenas moved away from the puppy and began to advance in it, with the intention of killing
until the time of one of the hyenas to attack the cub, Kion jumps over the hyena, leaving it motionless
"REMEMBER MY BROTHER!" -Kion growls at the hyena trying to escape
While Simba was going to his son, the Hyenas took Kali to the edge of the ravine, where a river of water and mud joined in rapids
Simba and Nala fought against the hyenas, two of them, Asante and Kazami, fled in a frenzy, but ... Kwapa remained in the scene, seeing that he was angry and throws the cub in the ravine where he hangs.
"KALI !!!" Simba screams going to Kwapa throwing him away from the ravine.
Nala, Kion and others join Simba near the ravine defending him
".... give me your hand!" Simba stretched out his paw to try to get the prince
As the storm continued, Ono flew to find something to help the king and the prince.
"D-D-Dad !! i....can't" Kali says slipping more
"Sir, the ravine is very wet, will not hold you all" Ono and Zazu warn Simba
Simba sees in his mind, the same scene that saw his father die, but this time was something more important, his son was at risk
and just as Zira would fall years later, Kali slipped to the end of the ravine, getting a little more canted, amid the cries of his parents, Kali can not stand it, swaying to try to gain more space, however, the stones and mud begin to fall and beside them, Kali falls and disappears the middle of the water.
