Design
So He was going to be a design for a character I was going to post, but he doesn't really fit the personality of it. Rather than scrap him I was wondering if anyone else wanted him?
I wanted to hold a contest for him, were whoever writes the best backstory for him involving Official characters that are rarely used (for example Pika or Iron Joe) but not sure if that is allowed.
