I Didn't Exactly Save You

Nuru watched as the large male with a black male growled at the heard of antilope ran off, apparently he had been trying to catch them but didn't manage to do that. Now, she froze as the male walked pass her.
- Thank you, you saved my life, she then said with a smile, and now he stopped, and glanced at her, raising an eyebrow.
- Yeah, well, I didn't exactly save you, you just happened to be on the way when I was trying to catch my lunch, he said, with a pretty flat voice.
- Oh, well... thanks anyway, Nuru said with a smile.
- Don't mention it, the male shrugged and kept walking onwards.
- Wait! What's your name? Nuru called, and the male stopped again.
- Kgosi. And you are?
- Nuru. Nice to meet you, Kgosi, Nuru said, smiling.
- Yeah, pleasure. See you around, Nuru, Kgosi spoke with flat tone in his voice again, then he walked away.

Kgosi meeting Nuru for the first time. He doesn't really care for company as you can see, but little does he know this lioness will change his life forever. Hope you like the story, Mixed!
