Dakota, here is a Christmas gift for you.
Seeing that King Ari and his favorite female Quanna are my favorite of your lion couples, I decided to do a render of them in their younger, happier days, and I hope this image captures the strong, unbreakable bond they shared up to the end.
And after seeing the fantastic drawing you did for me of one of my lion pairs, I couldn't resist.
This is also a thank you gift for being a great friend, and for understanding, to a degree, the struggles I've had to endure this past year. I am so glad you're still around.

I had fun doing this, and while Ari had cubs with other lionesses, Quanna was his #1 girl.
With 2013 being over, I can look forward to 2014 with the idea of starting over, and starting over sounds oh-so-right.
I know I've said this already, but Merry Christmas! ^^
