First Impressions
Jia could hear the growls and foused her head in the direction the sound was coming from.
"W-Who's there?" she stammered, backing up. Her first thought was that it was Chaka, playing another trick on her because of her blindness, but there was more of a threat behind these growls than Chaka would ever have.
Enzi continued to growl at the princess as she called out for her siblings and her meerkat friend. She once more focused in his direction and then he noticed something he hadn't seen before. Her eyes. They were unfocused, looking at him but not focusing on him or his surroundings. A growl caught in the back of his throat as he realized. Princess Jia was blind.

Even though Enzi's supposed to hate Jia...I can still imagine them being friends.

This is really good! Yeah, he pretty much hates all Pridelanders, but
can you blame him?  But, I can't see why they shouldn't eventually
become friends! |
