A Night of Peace for Two Lovers

Raya smiled warmly as she watched the starts twinkle in the dark blue of the night's sky. Her blue-green eyes shining just as brightly as she glanced over to her mate, who lay next to her.

''A beautiful night, huh, Kivuli?'' She asked as he turned his violet gaze toward her.

''Yeah, it is. Though it pales in comparison to you.'' The note of his voice spoke volumes and his eyes shown with the love he held for her.

Raya just smiled brightly at him before turning her gaze back on the stars, his own gaze lingered on her for a few moments before following suit.

''Thank you, Kivuli.''
