What Design? New or Old

so this is Hiari a character from my old account (MiniCat) I decided to bring her back but not sure if I should keep her old design or get this new one. What do you think?

Base: MiniCat111

P.S: I won't be able to delete Hiari on that account since I can't get on it anymore

If I'll make the second design as a character I might make her somehow related to Scar
