A sad way to go..
(Dakota and I were talking in Pm's and she was trying to think of a way to kill off Judas what with him getting old and all so i had an idea and im not sure how Dakota will take it xD so i decided to do this for the hell of it)
Judas sighed he felt his time coming near its end and knew some of the mistakes he made in the past. It was time for him to face one of them. He noticed Kesi sitting by herself and nodded as he made his way towards the cub. She was starting to look so much like her grandmother it scared Judas greatly but he had to let her know the truth.
Judas walked over to Kesi" Kesi.." He said lightly" Kesi looked over surprised to see her father talking to her" Yeah dad.." Judas turned around and tilted his head" Come with me we must talk Kesi.." Kesi got up and fallowed after her father.
They seemed to walk for what felt like hours when he finnally came to a stop and gently collasped on the ground. Kesi ran over to him and nudged him gently" Are you okay dad.." Judas looked at her and smiled sadly" How could you feel so much love for me after how i treated you.." Kesi looked down" Because all i really wanted was for you to love me dad.." Judas sighed" I never stopped loving you Kesi.. im sorry for how i treated you Kesi.. you see back where i grew up i left my family around my teen years and left without saying good bye to my mother or father.. i left them alone without an exsplanation of why i left.." He looked at Kesi" Truth was i didn't think i'd make a good leader for my father's pride so i left and never looked back." Kesi tilted her head confused" But dad your a great leader here.." Judas smiled" You are so much like your grandmother.." He frowned" You look so much like her too and thats why i ignored and neglected you.." He looked down" Im so sorry Kesi.. i never ment to hurt you i was just scared to look into my past again and everytime i looked at you i saw your grandmother and it frightened me.."
Kesi nudged closer" I Don't hate you for it daddy" Judas nuzzled her gently" Im glad to hear that now i have a favor i want to ask you.." Kesi nodded" Anything dad.." Judas smiled" I want you to go back to your pride and tell everyone im sorry if i wasn't a good enough leader." Kesi tilted her head" What do you mean aren't you coming back with me.."
Judas yawned" No.. im going some place else.. or atleast i hope.." Judas noticed the sun was starting to set as he looked up at the sky. Kesi looked at him" What are you looking at dad..?" Judas rested his head down on the ground" I was looking at the stars.. not that there are any now but.. my father told me about the great kings of the past when they die they go up there and shine for there pride and show them right from wrong." Kesi looked up and laid next to her father" Im sure when that day comes dad you'll be the brightest star ever" Judas chuckled softly" I Dont know about that Kesi.. but thank you." Judas began to close his eyes" Tell your mother im sorry.." Kesi looked at him and watched as his eyes closed" What do you mean dad why are you going to sleep..?" Judas's breathing soon came to a stop and Kesi's eyes widened" Daddy..?!" She got up and shook him gently" Daddy please wake up.. please daddy.." Her eyes began to water" No you can't leave yet Dad not now.." She kept shaking him but knew it was no use her father was gone and there was no bringing him back. She sniffled gently and backed up" I love you daddy.."
She soon turned around and began walking back towards her pride" I will tell them you were sorry..but you had nothing to be sorry for dad.." With that she made her way back home exsplaining to them what her father had said and how he apologized and that night Kesi watched the stars seeing one that shined bright she knew it was Judas's spirit shining on her. Kesi smiled" Good night dad.. I love you.."
