"Stay away from her!" Blank
Ok, this will be my first blank on this site. I will be making some new rules then I had on BS.
1. You must ask me to use, I will look over your gallery and see how you follow other users rules to decide whether or not you can use this.
2. Credit me where needed, and leave my sig there. If I am not credited or if the sig has been removed I will call you out. If you have not credited me and I tell you to and you have not I will report you.
3. No sparkle-characters. If, and only if the colors are very mild will I allow this.
4. Minor edits are allowed, just as long as it isn't so much that it no longer looks like my base.
5. Gender-binding is allowed, however if you somehow manage to turn Kovu into a female I applaud you. Credit will still need to be given though. XP
That is all I can think of at the moment. If I decide to add more this along with the new ones will be added to my gallery comment.
Also, I will now have a 'black-list' I'll be working on a three strike code. Each rule broken = One strike. If I tell you to fix something and you don't you will get a strike. After the third strike you will go on the black-list and is a very good possibility that you will never get off. I don't hold grudges, but I'm not one to joke around about rules.
Also, added to what is above, If I find anyone using this when I haven't given them the ok will automatically go on the Black-list. From this you may be able to get off, but again unlikely, not as unlikely as the three strikes, but still very bad.
Other then that, please enjoy my first base. Comment asking and if I approve of you I'll send you the useable one through PM.

Thank you, Clarlee. I hope I can do what I can with my art in making
these bases. I'm very glad you like it. |

I am not going to request to use this base. I'd love to just give ya'
a compliment. Fantastic art, very good lineart. A lovely base, and I wish you much luck in releasing bases onto this site. So generous of you~ |
