Jia didn't mean to hurt Asali, she thought that Enzi would have chosen Asali rather than her. So when she hears that Asali ran away, she feels incredibly guilty.

Yeah, after they sit down and talk about things...but I imagine when
Asali sees Jia for the first time after she ran away from the
Pridelands, she is not going to be happy to see her. |

Yeah, but maybe, after they sat down and talked, I think they could
work things out, after all, Asali has moved on with her life now, so I
can't see any reason why shouldn't become friends  |

@Fallen - Me too, since both of them hang out with Enzi I think it
would be only natural that they developed a friendship...but obviously
