Little Explorers
Here, we have Mara again, but this time with her crush and soon to be mate named, 'Kali'. This takes place way after Mara and Taka (Scar) had first met and started a small unlikely friendship.

Two best friends, Mara and Kali were chasing each other about and leaping over rocks and large sticks. Somehow, Mara had tripped, causing her to fall and knock over Kali. Both were rolling down a long hill and then fell hard on their bellies.
Mara stood up, looking around strangely. They have entered a whole new land. A place no one from the Pridelands had known about. It was truly hidden and probably secret. Kali had gotten up, standing beside Mara with large eyes. The two had walked up towards an Elephant skull, hiding behind it's large tusks.
Kali: *Smiles anxiously* 'Whoa, this place looks awesome! We gotta check it out!!'
Mara: *Feels nervous and looks around* 'I dont know Kali, it seems pretty dangerous. I think this is no playground for a cub!'
Kali: *Rolls his eyes and walks ahead, hoping over the elephant's tusk* 'Fine, just wait here. Im going to go explore the place! Scream if you need help or see anything dangerous, I'll be back!'
Mara: *Sits and frowns* 'Fine...'
(So, yeah, in my theory.. Kali and Mara were the first lions from the Pridelands to enter the Elephant Graveyard. Then, they eventually went back and brought their friends Mufasa, Sarafina, and Sarabi along ^^).
