I have to agree with Bae. Grief is something that strikes all of us at
any given moment, and without warning. All that I can say is, time
heals all. You might not get over this today or tomorrow, but rest
assured it's ok. It can take a long time to get over something,
especially the death of a close family member. I know you're sad, but
starving yourself won't help. If you ever need some help, or just wanna talk, you can always come to me. My door will remain open for you ![]() |

I can't ever imagine losing my mother and all I can say is things will
get better. It's easier said than done but trust me, it's not over
yet. Please don't starve yourself! I understand that your depression
is hard to cope and I understand that it's difficult to overcome it
but you'll make it eventually. It's okay to feel sad, there is no
timeline for grief and when you're ready you'll be able to move on.
Give yourself time to process the loss of your mother and don't be
hard on yourself such as not eating at all. Of course, eating,
drinking, etc. won't help you directly but it will make it better for
you to go about your daily life. Remember that your mother loved you
and wouldn't want this to cripple your life forever. Remember your mother and find something, an item, maybe a necklace she often wore and keep it to honor her. |
