The New Defender

Digger bounded up to greet Goma and Mwenye, bouncing with glee knowing that she now had her own wing to show. The two lions smiled fondly at her. "It won't be a while until we assign you someplace. You should try and relax for a few days, you've earned it Digger." Goma spoke and Mwenye nodded along. "Congratulations are in order. We're very proud of you." Mwenye added. "Thank you, both of you." Digger responded, and only then did Goma spot the gleam of sadness in her eyes. "He'd be proud of you too if he knew." She commented lightly, refering to the one lion Digger wishes with all her heart had witnessed her ceremony. "I know." She told them quietly, still not quite over it. "Lighten up kid." Mwenye said, butting her with his head. "You were his pride and joy. Wherever he is, I'm sure he knows."

Gosh this render took forever but I really wanted to finish it because I felt like it was such an important moment in life for Digger, and how despite all the happiness she felt there was also a twinge of sadness at not having Kanu there to see. Anyway, I hope you like this Tea XD I had a bit of trouble with positioning the wing correctly on Mwenye, please ignore that haha.

The Wings are definitely interesting to work with but so far they haven’t been too much trouble XD

Again, this looks amazing

Such a cute bitter sweet story to go along with it you did great on all the wings!
they are hard to place, in hind sight I should have made them less long.
