The fantastic two!
A silence fell upon the Tyba Pride.
The brutal moans and groans of labor was now silenced.
Odin, the new king of the Tyba Pridelands looked over to the den, awaiting the approval to go in.
A few minutes later, the old baboon, Rafiki, walked out of then den wearing a cheesy grin.
Odin smiled to the monkey and then asked, ''Everything went well?''
Rafiki nodded, ''Ooh, yes.. Fantastic! Hee-hee-hee!! You all may go in now, two little cubs await~''.
With that, Odin bowed his head to the magical monkey, allowing Rafiki to take his leave.
As Rafiki was leaving, the lionesses slowly walked into the semi-dark cave, led by Odin.
Odin smiled as he approached the lioness who laid in the middle of the den, her arms folded in a small nest for her cubs.
All the lionesses surrounded the new mother, appreciating the beauty of the new lives.
Odins smile grew wider as he announced, ''A male and a female?''
The new mother smiled up to her king and nodded, ''Yes.. The male was born first, his name is Cziw.. and the female.. her name is Mythimia.''
Odin chuckled as he lowered his head to give the small cubs a small pat with his nose. He was excited for the new mother, and it made him grow even more excited for him and HIS future cub. For HIS mate was expecting a cub as well.
The king admired, ''You have beautiful cubs, and I bet Cziw will be a great leader one day!''
The mother smiled to the king, then back down to her cubs. She gently licked both her cubs, giving them a quick cleanly before returning the admiration, ''I bet they both are destined for greatness!''
Odin lifted his head high as he confirmed, ''You know, I think you are right..''.
The lionesses all looked to their king, then back to the mother with her two new cubs. Without a bit of hesitation, the lionesses began to roar in congratulations.
Odin quickly followed and the new mother was over-joyed. Yes, she was dead exhausted. But she was so overwhelmed with joy, that nothing else mattered but her cubs. She promised her cubs that they'd live a happy life.. Even without their father!
For the Tyba Pride was the only family they would ever need..
