TLK 2: The First Tale - Shani's ref
I'm still writing my fanfic and soon all the characters will be show, especially the main one, Shani! For those that don't know, the fanfic is a alternate universe of TLK 2 were all the events are only based on the first script of the movie.
And Shani is basically the Kiara we all wanted to in the second movie, she's strong, confident, independent, smart, helpful, important and knows how to hunt (the opposite of Kiara actually XD)
Shani's appearence is much more Simba than Nala, even her face shape, it's supposed to look like Simba's but more feminine, her body is built for both strenght and agility. And she has dark outlines under the eyes, like Sarabi had, but they are only visible when she's with her eyes closed or half-closed, or depending on her expressions.
Her personality is a mix of Simba's and Nala's, she's strong and confident, but sometimes she's not sure of things and has a lot of doubts on what she is or what she should be. Shani's self conflict in the fanfic is finding her fate and beign recognized, her whole life she lived in the shadow of her older brother Chaka, and no ones believes that she is capable of doing something great, so she is always trying her best to prove that everyone is wrong about her, she's dedicated and does things to prove her confidence and strenght, however she doesn't get that much attention for beign a female and beign the youngest of the pride.
Shani's sees only one way to finally be recognized, she joins the test to become the leader of the hunting party, but right in the day of her test, when she had everything to go perfectly fine, a ''accidental'' fire shows up.
