The blind son

Meet my version of Mheetu, aka Vipofu. His parents are Scar and Sarafina, and if you have seen my family tree, you have noticed they are half-siblings (but they don't know it) so Mheetu ends up with a genetic disorder that leaves him blind. Scar gives him the name Vipofu, which means blind in Swahili, but Sarafina finds his name too cruel and starts calling him simply Mheetu. Him being blind results him with absolute no acknowledgment from his father, and since the other cubs quickly dismiss him because of his blindness and unability to play properly, Mheetu grows very quiet and shy. Although he is unable to see, his hearing and scent are very sharpened and thus he has no problems moving in a familiar surrounding.
