Just MS Paint, really. I used one of the two cutting tools to get the
background off of Vitani, then pulled a cool background I found from
Google Images and put her on top of it. Then I had to resize it
because it was way too big XD And from there I simply used the writing
tool and put the word 'COOL'. |
