Sarafina steps forward. "Simba," she says, "Nigahtu passed me on his way here by the sunning rocks. I challenged him, for his approach was stealthy, and fought him. Though I was the better in battle, he was not inferior in his skills. I think he would prove to be a useful addition to the pride." Simba gazed at her. Sarafina held her head high, feeling Nigahtu's eyes on her."If you say it, I shall listen, Sarafina. You have been a part of this pride longer than I. He may stay until reason exiles him." Nigahtu lowered his head in gratitude. "I will not give you a reason, Your Majesty."

The pride disperses. Sarafina leaves as well and heads for the watering hole, thirsty from laying in the sun's heat all morning. Nigahtu catches up with you. "There was an ulterior motive for speaking for me," he said in a voice that was not unkind, but not exactly friendly either. "I do not care for secrets." You:

1/ Tell him the truth. You have feelings for him that could very likely be love!!

2/ Play it cool. There's time enough yet to tell him you like him, when you can be sure he has similar feelings.
