The secret marrige and family of Kopa and vitani

 

 

   Vitani awoke. It was diffrent to be inside of pride rock instead of the dessert of the outlands. She had just been stirred by another dream of Kopa. She missed him so much they were so close. And she had felt she had truly loved him. But now was he still alive if he was dose he fell the same. So many questions rushed throw her head. She decied to take a quick walk before the sun rose. She exited the cave and went down into the plains. All the animals were asleep but she was quiet. She made her way to the waterhole. there she had a drink. it was icey cold from the night air. As she sipped the water she thought she could hear a noise creaping up behind her. She looked behind her but saw nothing. The grass was being swayed back and forth by the wind.

   And then for sure she heard something. It was the sound of foot steps comming her way. She turned to see. From the bushes was a dark shadow. She began to run and sure enough the shadow followed her. She ran and in the grass the shadow ran beside her. And it wasnt her shadow. she could see it wasnt simba. To small to be Simba and to big to be Kovu. She wondered who then. The shadow then lept from the bush and turned out to be a brown maned lion. He growled at her she growled back. He had a fight with her and she had a fight with him. It was at this time Vitani spoke. "who are you," She said inspecting the lion. The male watched her inspect him. "well urm i am," but he didnt say anything. When she had finished looking him up and down she realised who he was. "Kopa is that you," she said. He looked down to the ground and noded his head. "And you are Vitani," he said. "Yes its me," He looked up again in excitement he and her stood on there hind legs and hug with there front paws. And then Vitani kissed him on the face and he smiled. They stayed in the same spot rubbing there heads against one anothers for an hour. "ive missed you so much," said Kopa. Vitani looked at him "I cant beleive your alive," she said.

   Later Kopa asked what she was doing in the pridelands. She exsplained everything to him about the battle. And how Zira had drowned. Kopa had listened to how his sister was now in Love with Kovu. "I must go," said Kopa "No wait were are you going," replied Vitani. "i cant stay here can i," he said looking at her a tear droped from his eye "Well tell me were i can find you," Kopa told her and then ran off. She watche him disapear into the distance. She made her way back to pride rock and waited for sun to rise.

   That day she spent watching Kiara and Kovu. They madly in love. There love was banished but a least one never had to run away. She was glad in a sense her mum had died. Kovu rubbed heads with Kiara and then walked towards Vitani. "Sis are you being envious," she looked back at Kovu "I miss Kopa," she said Kovu looked shocked. "But that was years ago," He said "yeah but i dont think i will love another lion like i did him," Kovu smiled sympatheticly. Simba came out from the cave and saw Vitani upset. "whats the matter with her," He asked Kovu "She says she misses Kopa," He replied Simba looked at her and tilted his head to one side. "We all miss him," He said. But Vitani ran off. They didnt understand how she felt for him. She kept running untill she came to the spot were Kopa told her to find him. And sure enough he was there. She ran up to him and he greeted her. "Kopa i have something to tell you," kopa looked deep into her eyes. "Kopa i want to marry you," She said and kopa took a step back. "You want to marry me," she noded her head "this is a big decision but i know some one who will marry us in secret," Continued Kopa

   They walked to a large tree. Inside came the faint sound of singing. "RAFIKI," called Kopa. From the branches came a monkey. "You sir are kopa son of Simba" He said swinging from his back legs. "And you are Vitani daughter of Zira," He continued to swing. "Yes and we would like ask you do something," She said.    Vitani and Kopa walked back together. When they reached the borders of the pridelands Kopa stoped and wished her goodnight. He watched her fade into the distance. But then  she stopped and looked back. After a while she moved on again. She couldnt bare to say goodbye again. Kopa stood staring for a monment. In the distance he could see the outline of Pride rock. It was the one place he couldnt go to. But the one place he wanted to be. And so he returned to were he lived. It was a small cave were inside waiting for him was Tojo. Tojo was king of the bluebirds. Kopa didnt know it yet but tojo was one of his fathers old friends. The night went very slow for him seeing as he couldnt sleep. He watched the stars for some sign of what to do. And then he spent the other time thinking about Vitani. And nothing but her. He had fallen into a very difficult situation. And he didnt know if he could get out of it. If he tried he could hert Vitani. Or if he tried to make it better he would have to see his father.

   The next day arrived and he paced wondering what to do. And up the path came the sound of foot steps. And from dust came the shape of Vitani. He paced more how could things be more difficult. "Kopa we need to talk," Here it is he thought "Im pregnant," she said. Kopa blinked hoping it was a dream.
