Simba watched from the tip of pride rock as the lionesses came in from hunting. Nala came up to him. "We had to chase of that sam lion again," she said and simba looked concerned "Shall we hunt him," simba looked at her and spoke "i dont think hes doing any harm on the pridelands. He walked off to the otherside of pride rock and thought to himself. Nala watched as simba sat in the same spot untill the sun had gone down. It was about 10 oclock when he decied to go to bed. Nala was still awake awaiting him on the slab of stone which was the king and queens bed. Below them they could here the light breathing of Kiara and Kovu. "so what were you thinking about," she said as he laid down. he looked and smiled as if to say never you mind. And she knew not to ask again. it was early at 6 the next mornning when Nala woke to find simba had gone again. She looked outised but could find no trace of him. she looked across the grassy plains to see the antalope eating the hippos truding in the mud. and at the waterhole sat Kiara and Kovu with there two cubs. They sat drinking while the cubs tumbble around playing. "what a great day," anounced Kovu and Kiara laughed "are you trying to sound royal," she laughed again. but from the bushes Kovu and kiara where being watched. a male lion with a brown mane and a yellow female lioness at his side watched. But Kovu could here there every step and launched himself into the bush. He leaped upon the male and pinned him. And Kiara pinned the female. These two new lions were strong and got up. but it wasnt long befor simba was on the scene he hit the male and female backed off. He pinned him and held him down. he struggled not to say a word but the lion let them out "get off FATHER," simba looked shocked. He closed his eyes and thought for a moment. But he was not the only one who was shocked Kiara waited for a reply. "Simba i mean Dad its me Kopa," simba and kiara stood back from the lion. But simba was to full of rage he swung his paw at the boy and hit him in the face. Kopa ran off and Kiara ran off after him. When she found him again he sat with the female again. She smiled as she approached but he turned his head with shame. "Kopa it can not be," she said inspecting the boy "but it is," he replied. she screamed with exsitment and put a paw round him. "were have you been all this time," she said wanting to hear everything. "I lived with a old friend of dads Tojo the bird king. He said it was best if i lay low for a bit," and she looked at him hard Kovu appeared with the two cubs. "This Kopa is my Husband Kovu," Kopa smiled "Kovu do you remeber me i crept into the outlands and we used to play," Kovu nodded "and these are Mine and Kiaras cubs Tani and Mufasa,"

They talked for manu hours and then Simba and Nala came. Nala looked in disbeleive as simba looked with shame. "I get the feeling dad dosnt want me here so i beter leave," Nala ran up to him "no i dont want you to leave," He looked around at his mum "well he dose the first  thing he did to me was smack me round the face. And now i must leave," Simba took a step forth "but dont go your my son and i think it best you stay,"

   "Dad i can see i dont fit in here no one likes me," Simba smiled at his son  "they will in time," Simba walked over to his son and put his paw round him. "and it dosnt matter i have a great life with tojo," He said looking at his father as a tear passed his eye

    "You live with my friend tojo," Simba said shocked and surprised "Yeah he talks alot about you," simba smiled "Its nice to know he remembers me," simba circled his son "its just hard to beleive youve been alive this whole time and and never came back earlier," He looked at him wondering what Kopa's awnser might be "i wanted to return i just didnt know how to do it," He looked down at his paws. He noticed his claws were out. "There's need to be so tense im not going to throw you from the pride lands," Kopa looked releived "one other thing i would like to know is who was that lioness you came with," Kopa thought for a moment and then knew what simba ment. "oh her shes my wife her names Vitani," Simba looked up "do you have any children," Simba looked half upset "Yes his name is simba. We left him with Tojo while we came to visit," at this moment Nala came in And rubbed herself up against her son. "I cant beleive your alive," she said she looked at her son "but i am mum and soon i will return with my son and tojo and my wife," Nala looked up "Your wife," Kopa and simba nodded "Yes the lioness i came with is my wife. And we have a son named Simba Jr," Nala felt a tear drop

   It was evening time when Kopa returned. And as promised he had brought Tojo, Simba jr and his wife Vitani. Simba and Nala almost cried at meeting there new grandchild. Nala went back over to her son and he rubbed his head against hers. Simba was inspecting his new daughter in law when he saw his old friend Tojo. He ran to meet him. "Tojo king of the blue birds," he said standing infront of him.
