Part one

It was a hot day in the savanna, and there was nothing to do but stay home a lie around.

************

"Reth! Reth! Come back here now!" shouted Kiara as she was trying to find her oldest cub. No answers replied back, and Kiara is frustrated. Having three cubs was not her ideal thing for a small family. Reth was the oldest out of his other brothers and sisters. His fur was dark like his father Kovu, but had his body shape like Kiara's. He was actually the smallest of the group, even if he is the first oldest.

"Reth!!!" screamed Kiara as she was on top of the rocks so her cub can hear her.

"Coming mother!" cried Reth as he trotted up to Kiara.

"Where have you been!" Kiara said in a worried voice.

"I was playing at the water hole. Today I had caught ten fish in there, but I had to put them back in the lake, because....." Reth rambled on. He was always telling stories, no matter how bad the day had went.

"How come you didn't come home imediatly when I asked you to?" Kiara said as she interupted her son's story.

"Well, there was a big hippo that wouldn't let me bring home my fish, so I tried to convience him that......" Reth said as he rambled on again. Kiara just left Reth there as he kept on talking about his story with the hippo and the fish. Now Kiara has to find her other two cubs, since she just found one of them.

"Makalo!!!!" she shouted as she climbed on top of the bluffs of Pride Rock. Like the first time with Reth, she didn't get any answer. Makalo looked like his mother Kiara, while he had the body shape like his father Kovu. Makalo is the second oldest of the group. Unlike his brother Reth, he wasn't small. Instead, he was very tall and muscular, and he always bragged on how everyone loved him. Even though he brags a lot, he is sometimes loving at moments.

"Makalo! Get over here right now mister!" Kiara shouted again. She was getting more frustrated at the moment, and at anytime Reth could be going out on an adventure again.

"I'm right here mom!" Makalo said as he suprised his mom as he walked behind her.

"Where in the world were you?" Kiara said to her son in wonder.

"I was out playing in the grasslands." Makalo replied as he was heading toward the den.

"Well ask my premission first! There are many dangers out there!" Kiara shouted to her son as he was going to take a nap with his dad. Now Kiara has to find her youngest cub, Jahzara. Jahazara was a cute little girl cub who looked like the mix of both her parents. She had a little darker fur than Kiara, but lighter than Kovu's. She had bright blue eyes like Nala's, who is a grandmother (not saying she is old, but Kiara did have the cubs.) Jahzara is the one who always get herself in trouble. She wanders out into other lands, and sometimes she doesn't come back home until the next morning. Kiara always have to put up with her all the time, and she is always annoyed when Jahzara is not listening.

"Jahzara! Jahzara come home now this very time!!!" shouted Kiara at the top of her lungs. For the first time, Jahzara had actually came home at the very second.

"Where have you been young lady?" Kiara said as she suspected to hear something very dull.

"I was playing with the cheetahs!" Jahzara said in excitment.

"They are always so fast and cool! I just want to be like them!" Jahzara said as she jumped up and down all around the place.

"Jahzara, you know better not to hang around those cats!" Kiara said in anger.

"How come? They never done anything bad to us!" said Jahzara in disapointment.

"Well....." Kiara said in hesitation, not wanting to tell something horrible to her daughter.

"We eat the cheetahs. We hunt the cubs down to eat." Kiara said as she didn't want to see the horrifing face on her daughter.

"What?! Eat them?! You must be losing it mom!!!" Jahzara said as she ran away from her mother and home.

"Jahzara come back here or you will be in huge trouble!" Kiara shouted as Jahzara was looking like an ant as she was going farther and farther away from home.

When Jahzara couldn't run anymore, she found her self in a place she had never reconize. It wasn't the outlands, just to let you know. The place was open grassland, and there was a few trees here and there.

"Where am I?" Jahzara said confusingly.

"Your in the Safari." said some one behind her. Jahzara jumped at the voice as she turned around. She had saw a lion that looked like her father, but only more muscular and taller. He had one scar where his eyes laid, and it made you shiver when you saw it

"Who.... who.... are you?" Jahzara said as she shivered.

"I am Scar." Said the lion as he bent toward Jahzara.

"Who are you?" he said looking at her.

"I am Jahzara, the daughter of Kiara, whos dad was king of Pride Rock, which in that case was Simba." Jahzara said proudly to Scar.

"Are you the next one in line to be the leader of Pride Rock?" Scar said, and if she said yes, he would kill her so he could finally become what he is not designed for.

"Um, no..... my brother is next to be king, who his name is Reth. But if Reth dies, then my brother Makalo would take his place. But if Makalo dies, then I would take place as queen." Jahzara said, looking at Scar's scratches on his face.

"Oh, so your the youngest of the bunch, aren't you." Scar said in his sly voice.

"Well, techinically yeah, but there where four cubs at first, and the one born after me died of illness, which her name was Uzuri." she said as she was giving Scar information.

"Can you show me where this Pride Rock is?" Scar said as he was trying to make him come with her.

"Well, I guess my parents wouldn't mind, but I don't know where to go, because I ran for so many miles....." Jahzara said, looking where to go.

"You useless piece of junk! I will just find myself where to go!" Scar said as he grabbed her with his big paws, and was about to eat her whole like a mouse. Then, Jahzara did something you wouldn't think she would do. She smacked Scar in the face with her powerful claws and when he let go of her, she ran away as fast as she could.

"I will have revenge on you some day if I where your king!!!" Scar screamed as he was shaking fists at her when she turned around to give one last look of him. After her last look, she ran like the wind as she was heading south west. Her thoughts were running wild, thinking that she would never come back ever again.

"Jahzara, you know better not to hang around those cats!" Kiara said in anger.

"How come? They never done anything bad to us!" said Jahzara in disapointment.
