Sitting down next to Simba, Nala looked at Kovu and Kiara. To her they looked so happy together. After the ceremony of letting Kovu and the rest of the out-siders to come back to the Pridelands, Nala went over to talk to her mother. Nala saw her mother shading under her favorite tree. This tree is the same one that Nala use to get bathed under when she was just a little cub.
"Hi mom," said Nala laying down next to her.
"Hello Nala. You look tired. You should sleep," said Sarafina acting like Nala was a cub.
"I am good for now mother," said Nala.
"I see. Since your the Queen you don't need to be told what to do," laughed Sarafina.
" No, not that," sighed Nala.
"Nala. There is something on your mind, isn't there?" asked Sarafine.
"It's just, well. All our family is happy...and I like kind of want my whole family is here," said Nala.
"What do you mean by whole family?"
"Well...I want father her. I know I never saw him before...but I wish to meet him," stuttered Nala.
Sarafina looked stunned. Nala has never asked her about her father before. Nala never ever seemed interested about him before. Not even when Simba, when they were cubs, kept asking Nala who her father was.
"Well? Who is he?" asked Nala.
"I guess I have no choice but to tell you or you will just command me to. Your father, well he was a great lion. The  King though, did not like him one bit...."

Sarafina was crouching at the watering hole, ready to attack. But before she could, another lion jumped on her in surprise.
"Bandit! What do you think you are doing? I am trying to catch that deer!"
"What deer? I see no deer," joked a lion who was dark yellow with a black/grey mane and green eyes. He was called Bandit. Instead of brown markings like most of the lions he had grey ones.
   "Haha," laughed Sarafina half heartidly.
"Your the one that was looking for me tho. At least that is what I heard from Sarabi," said Bandit.
"Oh...yeah. Well you wanna go to the other side of the Watering Hole?" asked Sarafina.
"Ha, okay cutie," laughed Bandit leading the way.

When Bandit and Sarafina got to the Watering Hole Bandit could tell something was bothering Sarafina. He could tell that by just looking at her. She wouldn't look him in the eyes, her feet were fidgeting all over the place and her tail was low while swishing back and forth. Bandit went up to her and nuzzled his head on her back.
     "Everything alright?" asked Bandit.
"Yeah...just I have some knews for you..." whispered Sarafina.
"Oh. Is it good?" smirked Bandit, hopeing that is was.
"I sure hope so, for you anyway...not for Jumbara though," said Sarafina.
"Well who cared about that jerk? Know tell me the knews baby," smiled Bandit.
"Well, im having a cub...and it is your cub," Sarafina blurted out.
     "What!"
Sarafina and Bandit spun around to see the lion called Jumbara in attack mode. Naturally Bandit stepped in front of Sarafina to make sure that she didnt get hurt.
"What are you doing Jumbara?" snarled Bandit.
"I cannot stand you here, specielly if you are breeding! I don't need your blood lines here!" snapped Jumbara.
"You already killed my father and mother, what else could you want?" said Bandit.
"You should leave. Or I will kill you and your precious family!"
Bandit stood there. He didn't know what to do. He knew if he faught he would loose and Jumbara would just blame him for the deaths. Bandit knew he would regret this, but he had to do it or Sarafina would  not live to see her cubs grow up. Bandit took a deep sigh," Where shall i go then?"
"Out-lands. And you shall never come back."
"May i say good bye to my family?"
"Fine, and bye old friend," laughed Jumbara leaving.

Bandit watched as Jumbara left. His eyes were a bit watery, but he had to be strong. He turned around to look at Sarafine who had a worried face on.
"Sarafina, whereever I am I will still love you with all my heart," said Bandit.
"I don't want you to leave Bandit," cried Sarafina.
"I know. But it's for you and the cubs. I will come back, someday, I promise," said Bandit trying to make a smile.
"Before you go, will you please name your cubs?" asked Sarafine threw tears.
Bandit looked at her with loving eyes, "If the cub is a boy you shall name it Jilha. If it is a girl Nala would be a perfect name."
    "I'll miss you," whispered Sarafina.
"I'll miss you too. Good bye my love and cubs."

_______________________________________________________

"Your fathers real name was Bandilumya, but that was to long, so we nicked named him Bandit." said Sarafina.
"So he only left because he loved you and me, and he named me," said Nala thinking of what her father ioght of been like if she had ever meet him, "Mother, i think he would be a great father if I have ever meet him."
"Yes, i bet he would have, too, well that is all for today, i'm going to bed, and it's already getting dark, you should go to bed too," siad Sarafina.
"Who exactly was Jumbara?" asked Nala.
"He was Mufasa's uncle," explained Sarafina.

After a little bit more of talking to her mother Nala went back into the Pride Rock and layed down next to Simba. Simba moved closer to Nala when he felt her come back. He lifted his head and looked at Nala.
"Where have you been Nala?" asked Simba.
"Asking my mom about my father," explained Nala.
Simba layed his head on Nala's back, "What did she say?"
"I guess he is an out-sider now. Your great-uncle hated him," Said Nala.
"Who Jumbara? He exciled a lot of lions. If you want, you may go on a journey and go find him," said Simba.
Nala lifted her head and turned around to look at Simba, "You mean, you would let him join the Pride?"
"Yes. He is your father. You should take Vatani with you. She knows the pridelands more then any of the other lions here."
"Oh my gosh SImba! I love you!"
"I love you too. Know get some sleep."
