Scar was dead. Zira was going to be Simba's deputy, or something like that, until she betrayed him. But I figured it would be better off with Zira getting banished because she did nothing wrong except be a follower of Scar. It would make her a little more hateful of Simba, in my opinion.

   Simba was going to be the one that went back to the jungle instead of Timon and Pumbaa. He had said to Nala he missed his old life, and dissapeared without saying a word. But I changed it around, because I thought this would make a better story plot.

   This book was not going to be about the story at all! It was going to be called Untold Tales: Banishment because in a deleted script that Disney had for The Lion King, Nala was banished because she didn't accept Scar mating with her, and that was going to be the basic plot of that book.
