Tabu had finally returned to Priderock, he stood on the edge of the rock formations peek and looked over the land. It seemed gloomy and dark. Simba and ill and Kovu was elderly. Senu was on a mission to bring Kovu down and Tenu was hoping that Lubu would return with enough willing fighters to hold Senu off, if not defeat him all together. The wind blew softly and seemed to whisper into Tabu’s ear. Voices of the great kings from the past, guiding him but even they were torn on what should be done. Tabu turned his head up to the sky and stomped his paw “is this a joke!” he called out his eyes scanning the dark clouds “do you think this is funny or amusing!” he cried glaring now “Why? Why leave such a burden on my shoulders! Where was your protection! Tell me that if you all are so great!” Tabu roared furious at the great kings he paced in a circle “tell me!” he cried again to the sky. Roody watched from the shadows she looking off, her sisters where many but not a pride’s many and Tabu needed another pride to win this war. She knew he could not do it alone “Tabu…” Roody called out gently drawing the frustrated princes’ attention. Tabu gazed at her blankly as she seemed to glide over to his side. “You know you shouldn’t blame them…I’m sure they are looking down on us all in panic as well…” She said looking up at the sky “they’re not gods Tabu…merely angels theres only so much they can do” she said offering a small smile “you know this I know you do” Tabu nodded and sighed he nuzzled his head into Roody neck “I’m scared Roody…he is my brother, How do I face him…what if It comes down to…” Tabu said his voice failed him and his sentence finished incomplete but none the less finished. “You’ll do what you must do for your family for your pride.” Roody said looking down on all the lions going on about their lives as best as they could, below. Kiara lay by kovu’s side “mothers going crazy she will fall ill if she keeps worring about dad” She sighed, the once lovely lioness now looked tired and worn out. Kovu wasn’t listening to his mate his mind was on Senu, where had he went wrong? Yes it was true Kovu was never the fathering type, no his was far from it but to have his own son turn so greatly on him. “I’m a horrible father…Kiara, you the pride, I should have never…” “Kovu stop!” Kiara ordered. “We did the best we could with them, this isn’t your fault and it’s not mine, Senu took his own path just as much as you did and Scar did we’re all different” She said. Kovu stood up tiredly and went to walk out of the large den. “or maybe my father’s blood runs in the family, no matter how hard I fight it, it’s in me, it’s in vitani, and it was in Nuka” “kovu”  Kiara interrupted, Kovu whirled around “ and it’s in Tabu, Lubu, and Senu it’s in us all!” Kovu said his voice rising rather louder Kiara ran to him and nuzzled his mane “it’s in us all” he said gain but much softer. “You’re wrong…it’s not in him” Kiara said looking at Tabu whom was talking to Roody outside of the den.

Lubu’s large paws pounded the ground below him it had been 4 days since he left pride rock to ask King Pan of the ElepantLands for help. Lubu had lived there for a few years, and Pan’s daughter Hia was ever fond of Lubu, he knew they would help, their fighters where strong and Senu was their enemy as well. Lubu reached the Prides dens a cave shaped abandoned Termite mine near an watering hole. Hia stood in front of the den “Lubu you’ve come back” she said plainly looking at the giant lion. Lubu nodded and paid her little tention. “is King Pan here? I need to speak with him” Lubu asked. Hia looked at Lubu with disappointment she had hoped to get more of a greeting from him, he had been gone so long and she had awaited his return for what seemed like longer. “He’s in the den… Queen Fiaru is expecting twins.” Hia said quietly Lubu pushed past her. “King Pan” Lubu called King Pan stood up and stood in front of his queen. “What is the meaning of this?” King Pan growled. “The Pridelands need your help, Prince Senu plans on ending the Tyrant King Senu’s rampage and Restoring Peace to the land.” Lubu said. King Pan looked back at Fiaru “this is important dear listen to him” She said. “Prince Tabu…he is your brother?” King Pan asked. Lubu nodded. “And he plan on Bringing down That detestable sorry cub of a king Senu….” King Pan said contemplating. “ He gets on my last little nerve like a biting little flea not worthy enough to be called a king or worthy of mane, they should remove that mane and reduce him to an lioness but that..Oh that would be an insult to the lioness of the land!” King Pan begain to rant. “Dear” Fiaru called. King Pan cleared his thought “oh right…we shall lend our aid, Lubu, you are general, round up those able to fight, tell them we leave tonight for priderock” King Pan said, Lubu nodded his head “thank you my king” He said before rushing out.

Hia followed Lubu on his heels. “Recruit me!” she pleaded. Lubu glanced back at her “no” he said not really listening. “I said Recruit me!” she called stopping in her tracks. “You heard me female…” He said Hia’s fur puffed up what little it could and she ran blocking Lubu’s path. “And you heard me, I want to help this torn land to!” she said. Lubu pushed by her “you are helping by staying here” He said, Hia’s eyes begain to tear up “so then…you see me as useless” she muttered. Lubu whipped around to face her. “To help the land is that why you really want to fight? Or is it a desperate try at getting closer to me? Do you care about the other prides even an ounce or are you solely searching for you own pathetic gain?” Lubu said coldly. Hia stood quiet “that’s what I thought” Lubu growled. “Lubu” A lion called He was bulky and had a young face. “Dun” Lubu greeted. Dun smiled his short main long enough to cover one eye, the one eye that was showing shimmered with excitement “I heard we get march out, is it true a decent fight Lubu?” Dun asked his voice as deep almost as deep as Lubu’s “not a fight Dun a war” He said. Dun laughed loudly “I’m in” He said Lubu nodded “even if you weren’t you’d be drafted, your one of our best…you’ll be an lead general, go find some troops” Lubu said. Dun nodded and quickly ran off. “This may take more than one night” Lubu sighed looking over the many lions walking about.

Roody sat at Nala’s side as she watched over the ill simba “is he doing ok?” roody asked quietly Nala shook her head “I don’t know he wouldn’t drink any water at the watering hole, your sisters,  Viruka  and Vorkuta just went hunting for food, so I’ll see if he eats..” Nala said her voice was tired and strained. “Lady Nala…are you ok? Have you eaten or had any water?” Roody asked. Nala shook her head some but never took her eyes off simba . “I though t so please go to the watering hole and get a drink I’ll watch over simba until you return.” Roody said, Nala nodded and reluctantly left for the watering hole. Tabu sat down with the few males that where in the pride. Maltu Son on Malka and his Son Kulka, Chuni grandson of Chumvi, and Tahoe granddaughter of Tama. “Such a traitor Senu and his little groupie Alapa we all grew up together how could they!” Tahoe roared. “Calm down Tahoe..Things like this happen all the time, it separates the lowly from the regal” Kulka murmured. “Whatever”  Tahoe sighed. “It’s still bad…when is Lubu returning?” Tahoe asked turning to Tabu “he said tomorrow Morning” tabu said his mind going into his own thoughts. A drop of rain landed on Maltu’s shoulder “even the great Queens are crying for the ones already lost in these wars” He said His deep drown eyes cold and mournful. “And yet still many more will be lost yet…” Chuni said. “He will pay he will, just watch! For all the lives he has cost the lands, and for how he is hurting his family, he will pay, and beg for his pathetic life in the end” Tahoe said. “and it shall not be spared…” Kulka said. “I can’t promise that…I can’t, he is my brother, he will always be my brother” Tabu cut in. “and he will be your brother if he is dead too so why not!” Tahoe said standing up. “stop being such a spineless worm!” She said with a furious roar. “Tahoe..we talked about this, it is not anyones fault Tamba is gone…” Maltu said.
