Nacho and Larah ran away from Waterfall Pride together. Their paws pounding on the savannah floor. Breathing hard, wanting to stop but they didn't. They were running to the Wasteland Pride because the king wouldn’t accept Nacho to join their home pride or to be her loving, protecting mate. She was thinking 'You will regret this'.  He was banished long ago for still being loyal to Scar. Scar was his fatherso he had to loyal to him he just doesn't get it he thought as he ran through the hot, cracking savannah. They ran and ran with tired paws and sore eyes from the dust sweeping into their faces.  Larah stumbled and Nacho suddenly stopped to attempt to help his beloved, injured mate. He flipped her onto his back and ran at full speed without letting her slip.

Soon after he arrived at his home pride, the Wastland Pride he gently laied her on the hard, cracked ground. She started to open her eyes than the pride leader, Zira walked up to Nacho and said “Who your little friend Nacho?” “Th-this is Larah, m-my mate. I lo-love h-her,” he replied shakily. Larah got up but Nacho quickly pushed her back down gently because of her injury. "How could I possibly accept this Waterfall Pride Lion!" she hissed. So because of this Larah got onto all four paws and they started to walk outside the territry to the waterhole. From then on they slept there for a couple of weeks. They stayed well fed because they were both pro hunters.

Larah was going good with her new pride but was missing her father,Mufasa and mother, Sarabi. She also missed Simba and Nala and all the other pride members. She asked Nacho if they could go back and give it one last try. They got their hopes up. They returned but didn’t notice that the Wasteland Pride was following them. Then the Waterfall Pride jumped out of nowhere and a big fight began because when Nacho was banished the Wasteland Pride was forbidden to cross onto Waterfall Pride territory but Nacho never told them so they never new.

After about twenty minutes of fighting, Mufasa and Zira came face to face. All the other lions stopped and starred. No fighting, bighting or scratching. They just watched as Zira and Mufasa walked in a circle following each other. Then a familiar lion jumped out and Larah  heard a wonderfully familiar voice. “Hey Larah, I’m King of Waterfall Pride!” he teased. She rolled her eyes in the back of her head. Then Zira pushed him out the way and he fell off the cliff. All the Waterfall Pride lions rushed over to the cliff but they were too late he was down there in the rushing river somewhere. They were going to cry but held it back with stern, unhappy faces, and looked at Zira.

Then Sarabi and Larah ran off to the den crying. Tears flying from their eyes as they ran. Sarabi shouted “That was my only son and my first!” Nacho ran off after then and tried to comfort Larah, eve he was a bit sad because he had known him since he was a cub. Then Sarabi lent over and whispered into her ear, “He would make a good mate and a good protecter, look at those muscles,” then Larah stoped crying and they both laughed. “Hey! What are you laughing about?” “Oh, nothing,” replied Sarabi and Larah at the same time. Nacho looked at them startled. He wanted to know. Were they talking about him or not? Then he asked "How could you be laughing at a time like this? There's a war going on out there! Do you want to get your fello lion mates killed?" He was speeking with truth but it didn't come from his father.

Mean while, out on the battlefield Mufasa had stoped the fight and watched his son, Simba as he climbed up the cliff and recover from his terrible fall, and then Larah and Nacho jumped in and Larah said “Daddy, this has to stop!” Then Nacho said to Zira “Stop this now!” “Get out of the way, move!” she cried. Zira was about to put her paw up and scratch him across the face but she didn't. “Look at them there one of us,” “But, but” Mufasa stammered. “Look at them. What difference do you see in them? A wise king once told me we are one, I didn’t understand then and now I do,” My daughter speakes with wisdom and courage, as we are here with our hearts filled with hatred and miss-understanding. This must stop!"

Then a lion stepped out and said, “She is right,” then crossed over to the Waterfall Pride. Then all the other lions went over to. “What, what are you doing?” asked Zira in a worried voice. "You will regret this," she said as she lunged at Mufasa. She stoped, landing face to face. They started walking forward and she walked back very slowly and carefuly, but not carefuly enough . Then Zira walked back to far and fell off the cliff. The lions from Wasteland pride walked over to see their old pride leader fall onto the rocks then down the cliff.

The time passed quickly when Larah was pregnant and a couple of months later Larah and Nacho gave birth to a beautiful cub and they named it Dxut. Later that morning they had Dxut’s birth ceremony and Rafiki the baboon held him up for all to see. The cheetahs, the elephants, the zebras and of cource the giraffes. Nacho and Larah stood proudly watching their newborn cub getting held up, but Nacho spotted someone that wasn't there...
