He then put dust on both of their heads, and they sneezed. He picked up both of the cubs, and the parents went up the levels with Siham, to the top, where Siham presented Stara and Shubira.

Chapter 9: The Sunrise

Two months later, Suhaila announced that she was going to have another cub. By this time, Suhaila was married to Zakiya.

Zakiya was fast asleep, when he was awakened by "Papa! Papa! Papa!" for a moment, he thought it was Shubira, but it was Shubira's twin brother, Sabiha.

"Papa!" said Sabhia again, and he yanked at Zakiya's ear "Papa! Sunrise!"

"Can't it wait?" asked Zakiya

"No! It'll leave!" said Sabhia

"Ok, ok, I'll go watch the sunrise with you." said Zakiya and he got up and helped his son up the lairs and to the top of the Termite Mound.

When they got to the top, they saw the Outlands. Little did he know there wouldn't be change in the desert, ever. It was a beautiful sunrise. Yet, there was worry. Would the animals stop gettting lost in this beautiful landscape? Would they continue to keep getting lost, causing a wonderful meal for the pride?

Siham soon fell asleep, and Zakiya nudged his son until he floped through the holes and fell all the way to the Royal Level.

Some time passed, not that much, but a little. Siham and Shubira woke up their parents one morning, for a lesson. He went with his cubs, around the Outlands.

"When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass, and so we are all connected in the great, circle, of life." said Zakiya

"Really? Both of us?" asked Siham

"If we can't find out who we want to be king or queen." said Zakiya

"So, you have to choose one of us?" asked Siham

"Correct." said Zakiya

Chapter 10: Sabra

"Now, you cubs can play out here, as long as I watch you." said Zakiya

"Really?" asked Siham and Shubira

"Of course." said Zakiya

Sabra, his twin brother Raziya, and their adoptive brother, Reheme, went back to the Experience Pride, their home.

"Wow, the Outlands are so cool!" said Sabra

"So, all you have to do is win the heart of the princess and the throne is yours!" said Raziya

"Yeah, but there's something I don't get." said Reheme

"What?" asked Sabra

"Yeah, what?" asked Raziya

Yet, Reheme didn't say what was on his mind.

Chapter 11: The Tale of Yumna

Shubira and Siham were getting another lesson by Zakiya.

"So, have I ever told you cubs about where I grew up?" asked Zakiya

"I thought you lived here, Papa." said Shubira

"No, I was raised in a faraway place." said Zakiya

"What was that place called?" asked Siham

"The Experience Pride." said Zakiya

"So, you and your parents lived there?" asked Shubira

"No, I was raised by a lioness." said Zakiya

"Your mother?" asked Siham

"No, another lioness." said Zakiya

"Why, your real parents didn't want you?" asked Shubira

"No, I ran away." said Zakiya

"Why?" asked Shubira

"I can't remember." said Zakiya

"Oh." said Siham

"When I grew up, I came here. I became the king." said Zakiya

"So, what happened to the lioness?" asked Shubira

"She was exciled from the pride, because everyone thought she kidnapped me." said Zakiya

"That sounds so unfair!" said Siham

"It is, but I made up for it." said Zakiya

"You did?" asked Shubira

"I did." said Zakiya
