Chapter 1 

It was late in the evening Simba and Nala were almost starting to fall asleep, Nala woke up to find that Kiara wasn't in the den. She then spotted her outside lying down with her feet behind her and gazing up at the stars so she got up and went outside to join her.

"Hey Kiara, you ok Angel?" Nala asked

"Yeah, I'm fine." Kiara said

"Hey mom, I really like gazing at the stars tonight, but I'm so cold" Kiara said shivering

"Kiara, don't worry, I'm right here with you." Nala said

Nala sat flat down behind Kiara and wrapped her paws around her and nuzzeled her. She and Kiara then gazed up at the stars together.

" You feel warm enough sweetheart?" Nala asked

"I'm a little warm."

"Ok, now come on it's bedtime." Nala said

"I'm tired" Kiara said yawning 

Nala decided that before they went to bed she would have some fun with her because she and Kiara are close. She saw Kiara's back left paw in view when Kiara was about to fall asleep. Nala started tickling her paw.

"Tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle, Kiara!" Nala said in a low voice

"Mom?!, St-hahahahaha-pppp that tiicckklleess" Kiara said giggling

After Nala was done tickling her, Kiara ran up to Nala and nuzzeled her very close

"Mom, good night" 

"Good night, sweetheart"

Nala picked up Kiara with her mouth, took her inside and put her down in a corner where Nala wrapped her around her to keep her warm  she and Kiara then fell asleep. Nala decided to sleep with Kiara

Kiara started to have a happy dream

In her dream she and Nala were outside in the fields playing tag and Nala was chasing Kiara laughing and giggling at each other, Nala caught Kiara and started licking her paws.

"Gotcha, tickle, tickle, tickle, tickle. I'm gonna get you" Nala playfully said

"Mahahahammm?!" Kiara said giggling from her foot being tickled by Nala

Kiara suddenly woke up from her dream, it was still dark outside, she had just thought of an idea that she and Nala could do tomorrow, they could have some girl time together, just her and Nala. So she started to wake Nala up

"Mom, mom wake up." Kiara said jumping on Nala's back 

Nala woke up with bloodshot eyes and her eyelids nearly half-way down

"Kiara, what is it angel, it's late." Nala said in a tired voice

"Hey mom, can we go out on a stroll tomorrow, have some time together?" Kiara asked

"Sure sweetheart, we'll go have some girl time together tomorrow,  just you and me" Nala said smiling

"Thanks mom" Kiara said hugging and kissing Nala

"Hey mom, you and I have been pals ever since I was born, will we always be pals?" Kiara asked

"We'll always be pals, we do everything together." Nala said

"Mom, of all the friends I have, your my best friend." Kiara said

":Thanks, Angel" Nala happily said

"Now come on honey back to sleep."

"Good night, mom." Kiara said tucking herself back underneath Nala's paws

"Good night, pumpkin" Nala said

The wind started to die down and the moon was still in view sunrise was still more than 9 hours away because it was 11:30 at night

Chapter 2

It was morning Nala had just woken up Simba

"SImba, Kiara and I are going to go have some tine together."

"Ok, Nala" Simba said

Nala walked away for a minute to go wake up Kiara

"Kiara, come on sweetheart, wake up"

Kiara yawned and woke up

"Mornin' Mom" Kiara said

"Mornin' Kiara" Nala said

Nala and Kiara then started giggling

"Kiara come on sweetheart, we're leaving" Nala said

"Ok bye daddy"

"Bye sweetheart" Simba said He then turned to Nala and kissed her on the lips

"Bye Nala"

"Bye Simba"

As soon as Kiara and Nala got out into the pride lands they sat down by a rock and gased up at the clouds

"Hey, Kiara that cloud looks like you and I" Nala said

"Thanks, mom" Kiara said

"And that cloud looks like us playing tag." Kiara said

Nala chuckled "It does' doesn't it"

"Mom, your making this the best day of my life."

"Thanks Honey"

For the rest of the day the gazed up at the clouds until night fell then they started to raise their legs up to go home

"Mom, my feet hurt can I ride on your back?" Kiara asked

"Of course, honey"

"Thank you"

She hopped on Nala's back and rode on her back for the rest of the walk home. As they were walking home Kiara hoped to have another good day like this one with just her and her mom.

"Hey Mom this was the best day of my life." Kiara said

"I'm sure it was" Nala said

Before they even reached Pride rock Nala sat down and Kiara slided off her back and she landed on her back with her belly and feet rising in the air

"Mom, why did you sit down?" Kiara asked

"So I can call the tickle monster!" Nala said turning around and licking Kiara's paws

"Mom, no more tickling me." Kiara said

"Ok then, how about a hug?" Nala asked

Kiara jumped on Nala and wrapped herself around Nala's chest

"Mom, I love you" Kiara said

"I, love you too" Nala said

Nala walked the rest of the way home with Kiara clingling on her back. When they reached Pride Rock it was already bedtime

"Kiara come on it's bathtime"

Nala dropped Kiara wrapped her paws around her and started licking her

"Did you enjoy yourself, angel?" Nala asked

"Oh, yes I did"

"Good"
