The Lion King: Nuka's Life

Part 1: The Birth/He can't be king.

 

It was a new day on the Pride Land. But it wasn't a good day. Animals leaves the land and lionesses don't hunting. King Scar doesn't matter today. His mate, Zira has a son. And he has a heir. A future King.

" Look, my love, there is your son. Isn't he perfect?"

Zira says. Scar looks at the cub in her paws. He was brownish, with dirty whiskers. His eyes,are red. For Scar, he looks ugly.

" That hairball? My son? The Future King? Forget it,Zira. He even doesn't look like me."

Zira was angry about that.

"Yes, he is your son, don't be so picky!"

Scar growls and leaves the cave

."NEVER!"

Zira looks away

."He needs a name...What do you think of...Amani,or Hano,or..."

Scar grins.

"Or Nuka!"

Zira roars.

"NUKA?I'M NOT GONNA CALL MY SON NUKA! IT MEANS STINKY, AND...AND...AND WHAT A KIND OF DADDY ARE YOU?"

Scar looks at her.

" I'm your King Zira. You have to do what i told you! "

Zira snuggled the newborn cub. She was very sad.

" All right...he calls Nuka."

Scar smiles

."And he can't be King. So he isn't my heir."

Zira nods.

" Yes,Scar..."

Scar grins again and leaves the cave.

Zira was almost crying

."He asked for a son, not for a Prince. Don't worry, Nuka. I will love you."

Then, she hears paws. It was Sarabi. Together with Sarafina and Nala.

"What is it?"

Sarafina smiles

."We just wanna congrulate you, Zira. You have a son, why aren't you happy?"

Nala looks to Nuka

." I can go play with him everyday. It's a promise.

" Zira growles

." Because you don't have other friends, of course.Leave! Go away! I wanna be alone!"

Sarabi comes closer.

"But Zira, you have to show him to the animals. They wanna see the Prince, the Future King."

Zira roars

."I SAID GO AWAY! HE ISN'T A KING! SCAR DOESN'T WANT IT!"

The lionesses are frightened, and the little Nala almost cries.

" It's ok...Come Nala, 'Fina, we go." Sarabi said.

Then, they leaves..Zira looks to Nuka again

." You don't even look like a King! I will have another son, and then my Scar will be happy!"

And so, she leaves the little cub. He was alone now...

And this,my friends is the saddest story you will ever read....

 

Part 2: Relationship

"Hey Nuka, wanna play?"

Nala looks to her friend.

" I love to, Nala, but i can't. Mother said  I have to speak with dad."

Nala smiles.

" Allright then, maybe later."

Nuka grins and goes inside the cave.

"Are you still being friendly toward Nala, son? You know, Kings stand alone. Always.They don't need friends."

Scar, his father comes closer

." But she is nice, dad! And she is my only friend! You don't give me attention, and mother doesn't like me."

"Oh, Nuka, don't be silly! Your mother is very busy, she is a Queen, you have to understand that!"

"But how can i know that? I never will be a royal lion, you said!"

Scar growls.

"Good...I know i said we should talk, but i have no time at this moment. So.."

"So i can play with Nala?"

"No, you better play with Mitsy. Look at her, she hates Nala and the others, she hates the hyenas, and she loves fighting. Isn't she exellent?"

Nuka looks at older 'sister'. Scar adopted her when she was little, and she loves him. And Mitsy was his little one. She has no friends, of course. Her wihite fur..everbody laughs with that, even aunt Sarabi.

"But i don't wanna play with her. She's weird."

"Nuka..."

"Al right, all right!"

He growles and looks at Mitsy.

" Hey Mitsy. I'm bored. Do you wanna play?"

Mitsy grins."With you?No, thanks! I have better things to do then babysitting."

Scar starts to laugh, but Nuka was angry now.

" But..you do nothing! Every day, you just sleep, or eating. Nothing else! And i'm not a baby anymore!"

Again, Mitsy grins.She grins just like Scar.

" Well..that's right. But still, i don't wanna play..with you!"

She looks at Scar." Hey daddy, what do you gonna do?"

Nuka smiles

."See, father, she isn't so perfect now, is she? She said i'm a baby!'

Scar growls

."And? Is that a lie? I don't think so."

He looks at Mitsy.

" Well, i'm gonna talk to Sarabi! Her hunting is terrible now!"

Mitsy purrs.

"Can i go with you,daddy?Please?"

Scar nods.

"Of course, my little one!"

Nuka was shocking.

"Can i go with you too?"

Scar grins.

"No."

Mitsy laughs and together with hert 'father', she leaves the cave.

Nuka was alone.Again..

"Stupid dad!Stupid Mitsy!"

Nuka growls.

"Nuka! How dare you!"

Zira arrived.

" Oh...Mother..you're back."

He was always scared. Of Zira. She has that evil look, and she can be very mad.

"I'm dissapointed in you,Nuka!You don't have respect for your family! Today, you will stay in the cave! I hope that you learn your lesson than!" She growles and follows the other lionesses.

Nuka was sad now.Life isn't fair..
