Simba's little 'accident'.

Sarabi stood watching in horror, fixed to the spot, as Scar leaned forward and uttered free terrible words that only the two lions could have heard: " I killed Mufasa!". Suddenly a horrific flashback of the worst moment in Simba's life ran through his head and using all his remaining strengh he lept up on to Scar yelling " MURDERER!!" at the same time and slipped his paw towards his chin so that Scar struggled to breave. And I'm sure everyone knows what happens next.

This is not very good because I did it on paint.
