Bad Attitude
For me, Scar as cub wasn't all shy and stuff. I always pictured him as what he was in the film: Proud, self-centerd, and selfish. And I never understood how other people's versions mostly say he was shy, quiet, polite. I didn't understand how beign cut off from your friends (in Scar's case, the Hyenas) could make you want to be King. Of course, I'm not asking for people to explain it to me.
So heres my version of Taka. A rebellious cub who constantly broke the rules, and wanted to be king purely because of the power it would give him, and convinced that he would be a far better king than Mufasa. Somewhat a bully to anything weaker or smaller than him. Since Taka breaks the rules a lot, and Mufasa constantly gets praised for not breaking the rules, Taka ends up thinking that his parents prefer Mufasa over him.
Not as good as my Simba picture from May, but whatever ^^
