Banjo - Father of Timon
Banjo discovering the "Hakana Matata" paradise. Banjo is my version of Timon's father since his father is never mentioned. Meerkats are often raised by their mothers anyway since subordinate females often mate with roving males and the males often have nothing to do with the children. Anyway here's a profile.
NAME: Banjo
ORIGIN: A type of American guitar which lets out high pitched notes.
ANIMAL: Meerkat
AGE: 6 years
HEIGHT: 28cm (when standing)
WEIGHT: 9.8 g
MATE: None
OCCUPATION: Roving male
CHILDREN: Timon
PERSONALITY: Banjo is much like his son but he has a very serious nature and a head on his shoulders. Whilst Timon thinks the world around him is a paradise, Banjo isn't so naive. He narrowly escaped death at the hands of a male lion so distrusts them. Like most male meerkats around his age, Banjo's fur is very matted and his fur colour is more greyish. Banjo doesn't know his son exists and would probably show little interest if he did, he likes his own space and only shares his company with a certain few.
