I know. Starks are just magnets for bad luck and it looks like the Bahari Pride are heading the same way! That's why I kinda created Aida, she's the reason why Obi won't be seeing a red wedding (unless it's in Salehe's imagination) because if they have a replacement match then they still get what they want, an alliance between the Bahari and Kilima Pride...plus Malka is too honourable for that sort of thing. It was Kamaji's over worrying that made him think Malka would attack because Obi broke off the engagement.

That's true! This is not a very nice universe to live in but that just makes the things that do to right all the sweeter when they happen! By the way, I was wondering if you'd have any input on what you think Hiari's fate, I can't really think of anything concrete for her.

Yeah, most of the time. Certainly is not doing him any favors with anyone. But just like with GoT, you can't ever be nice in this verse, or otherwise you will die! Or bad things will end up happening to you!

Yeah, Obi is probably doing a bit more harm than good in digging up old wounds, especially with Aida having to live with the Kilima pride and having a pretty tough time of it already. You certainly can't fault Obi for being persistent and having his heart in the right place...most of the time.

But Obi isn't going to leave that lying down. Yeah, he's screwed up a bunch, but he's gonna try to make it up to Hiari, whether she wants it or not. Probably shooting himself more in the foot by that, especially with Salehe prowling about and Aida living with their pride, but he's never given up, that's for sure!

Everyone should just give her hugs. Yeah, Salehe isn't helping in the slightest. He's too overprotective of Hiari (not that she doesn't need it at times) and he'd prefer if Obi didn't get to even look at Hiari.

If Obi did turn up and try to apologise to Hiari, I think Salehe would probably try and gut him. Aida might have to put herself between them...as for Hiari, her reaction here is exactly how I'd imagine it. Poor girl. She just needs a hug.
