Ever since Tojo recieved his scar, others have been underestimating him. That's why he's sad. I also got rid of the freckles I gave him in the latest picture of him in my image gallery.

Like how you made it four scars, then made his eye lighter where it was wounded. As well keeping his features then adding your own sort of touch. Over all pretty good ^^
