A Beauty in the Moonlight

Malka's Mom in the light of the moon.

Anyone got any tips on night time hues when it comes to flat color? because she look too dark, but then again everything looks darker at night. with flat color you don't ad highlights and shading so its harder to show night, and twilgiht colors for a character.

or am I over thinking and this actually looks ok?

I'll try that next time, I just tried darkening her coat colors, but that makes more sense to add blue/grey hues to shading. I use Gimp for everything really, so this should help, thank you

try adding blue or grey hue's when your shading (i sometimes use purple aswell, but i do most of my shading in gimp)
