anger like lightning

Believe it or not, I wasn't in a bad mood when drawing this XD And it wasn't supposed to be so detailed either, but I felt like mucking around with effects :P

There are TONS of mistakes, but yeah.
Riza is angry! Whoever stole her cookies, beware!

I used this tutorial: http://www.photoshopcafe.com/tutorials/lightning/lightning.htm
and for the lighting effect, just put some blue around the lion, then changed the layer to overlay
