A further development of the Isu Keeney story! Lol, sorry guys, as soon as I heard the story was confirmed I had to draw this quick!
Fresco Gordie the III took a deep breath as he started to dig. Drummer and Lynnie of the Auni, his friends, relied on him heavily to find Lagiza, the enemy of the Isu Keeney.
The blind golden mole dug and dug, slowly burrowing into the hard earth in wilderness territory. It was now common knowledge Lagiza lived underground but where . . . ? Nobody could guess that. So Fresco had agreed to to several test tunnels. He'd made several previously, to no avail. Perhaps this time he would come across Lagiza's tunnel network . . .
Down and down the mole went. Finally . . .
He burst into an open space. It was a small cavern.
'Who's there?!' came a small voice, choked, as if it had been crying. Fresco felt the air move as some creature, very close, moved.
Something told Fresco that this was no enemy - certainly not Lagiza. The scent was also vaguely familiar, although very faint - Isu Keeney scent.
'Hullo!' said the mole.
'Fresco!' cried the voice, high with excitement and disbelief. Fresco sensed a figure draw close in front of him. He was sure he smelt an Isu Keeney lion now.
'I don't believe it!' said the voice . . . of Roscoe.
Fresco had found the thought-to-be-dead Roscoe!
