'Don't worry, child . . .'

Soo, a lorra brush testing as I endeavoured to try Bulba's beautiful Jet out as a dragon - and then decided to make a nice little scene and add Jet's grandson, Roscoe.

This shows Jet comforting Roscoe, after having found him brooding one misty morning (I would suppose after all he'd been through due to Lagiza's cruel plans).

Welp, yes, so here are their dragon looks :P

Wow, so glad you like it!!!
Thank you for your words!

Jet and Ros both make cool dragons!

I enjoy the freedom of drawing fantasy and it's so fun translating the lions' markings and looks into dragon-ish traits. I actually had a sketch of a couple of swans I'd done which I thought would make good bases for dragons. My processes

Makes me wonder what all the other lions would look like as fire-breathing lizards

Oh. My. GOSH. My jaw dropped when I saw this, it's a stunning piece of work, Wind!! They both look so gorgeous, I'm really digging their dragon looks! Seriously, everything about this drawing is absolutely beautiful - the lighting, the background which kind of gives it sort of a fantasy like feel, the expressions and the mist. Just... wow.
