Ugh.
I remember being sooo proud of that old picture. It just looks so UGLY!
So I decided to remake it, to show how much I've improved in over a year :3 I would have drawn this earlier and actually submitted this on the 15th, but I've been ill so I've ben to sick to actually work on anything x3 I'm a bit better now, but I'm still a little under the weather.
It annoys me to heck when people are all like 'OMG you can draw soooo good! I can't draw to save my life' UGH! You CAN draw, if you TRY and PRACTICE! I didn't just wake up one day was able to draw! and truthfully, I still have a long way to go. Look how much I've improved in a year!
I really need to find that old picture I drew at school four years ago >_> It would really express my point.
Anyway, I talk way too much.

Hey, mate. I already told you before on your original image: It is NOT
ugly; it is NOT a bad drawing; you are NOT a bad artist. I think you
have done a bloody awesome job on both drawings. It doesn't matter
which one was better than the other because they were both beautifully
done and they look GREAT. So I don't know what in God's name you are
talking about. You have got some great talent in art and you should be
proud of that. It is no use being hard on yourself when you have a
great skill. I am not just saying this. Others who see your artwork
would kill to be able to have such artistic talent the way you do.
There is a saying that if you think that you are doing bad, you could
always be doing worse. Besides, you are not doing bad. You are doing
BLOODY AWESOME! So always look on the bright side of things. As for the drawing, it does look better than the other with the amazing morning lighting and the sunset in the background. The yellow and orange light is incredible and it makes for a beautiful landscape shot. Simba is beautifully traced again along with the light of his fur blending in with the shot. It really improves the composition of the picture. BEAUTIFULLY done again, mate. You are a bloody amazing artist and you deserve an artistic promotion. Keep it up.   |
