Aemin
This is my entry for :iconKatoaka: 's contest!! I'm sorry that I'm so crap at drawing Serval/cheetahs DX I spent three days on this and came out with this piece of junk.
Anyway, here's his story - prepare the hankies:
"Remember Who You Are" - These were the final words Aemin's mother ever said to him. They rang through his mind, even after the cut.
He remembered so vividly the terrorfying screams, the blood, the deaths. He remembered his tiny cub legs, trying their best to push him forward and far away from this place - the salty tears streaming down his cheeks as the words once again rang through his head.
Aemin pictured his dead mother's cold eyes staring at him, and being forced to live on his own.
On her death bead, Aemin's mother knew that the humans would be back with swords - she could not escape - she was tied down.
"If you loose yourself, your courage soon will follow." She had told Aemin as the cub stared at his dying mother, "so be strong my child, remember who you are."
Ever since that faithful day, Aemin had never forgotten his mother, but he had forgotten himself. He was alone. And still now, those words cause him distress just thinking about the image... of his mother... staring... dead...
:0 Sad, yes? Anyway, if I don't win the contest, he can be Paka's mate :D
