Thank you very much Yearoo! I use a mixture of programs. I draw the initial line art on my iPad on a program called Procreate. Then I sent it to myself so I could open it up in GIMP on my laptop. I used the threshold button and then filled in all the colours, lines and did the shading. Then I saved it as a .png and opened it up into MSPaint and resized it to roughly 600 pixels. The original image was about 1500 pixels.
