Question :
BlackJack16
Whereabouts in Africa would you reckon the Pride Lands are actually located? I know from the first scenes in TLK 1 that they are somewhere near Victoria Falls and Mt. Kilimanjaro; but where exactly?
Also, which direction is the face of Pride Rock facing (North, East, South, or West)?
Best answer :
Seth2208
The main locations for the film, including Pride Rock and the Gorge, are modeled after Hell's Gate National Park in Kenya. - According to IMDB
