Question :
Kopa and Kiara
Where can you make a site and how old do you have to be to do it?

There are many free site making servers. For instance, for forums (like mine) I use phbb2. For other sites there's freewebs. Those are all I can think of for now, but I know there are many others out there. Just make sure it says it's a FREE website making server. Unless you plan to pay monthly and code every single thing by yourself.
For a site like this, there is no free server. Steet coded all of this by himself.
For the age thing, there is no age limit. People of all ages are allowed to create their own website. Now for a paid website, I'm not sure. You may have to be old enough to have a credit card. Unless they send in a bill. If so, be sure to know how to pay the bills. Lol. I'm sure your parents can help you out with that. P:
Hope this helped.
