Kopa is my fav charecter but if he was born before Kiara why was he not in the Lion King 2 Simbas Pride?

There is no official reason, but best bet would be he wouldn't fit in, Scar would never choose female, and there would be no love story. Adding too many characters, could make movie look worse. But it is known at first there was two cubs male and female, but they put male out of it later.

Or you can look to fan fictions for answer, there are plenty possibilities. From Kopa being killed by Zira, or lost because of Zira, one explanation of exile. Or his birth took place after TLK and Kovu&Kiara weren't present, because they started new pride, because he was before Kiara in line to be next king...

At first there was only Chaka(name Naba was also considered for him), little later they added him sister Shani, and she soon overtook Chaka in importance, so he was taken out of story... then they were choosing final name Aisha, Neopet and Nunka were few possibilities, until they finally named her Kiara.

As Seth2208 said, They were originally going to put a male cub, Chaka, in the film alongside Kiara, but they decided to cut Chaka after deciding he would complicate the story. Also, Lion king 6NA was made by a disney company, but the makers of the second film did'nt look into any past characters made, and left us to make fanfics to explain his dissaperence.
