Ok, Mufasa and Scar are brothers. Mufasa had a son with Sarabi, Simba. And Scar also had a son with Zira, Nuka. So does that mean that Simba and Nuka are cousins? I don't think this subject has been raised before, but I'm curious to know if they are cousins or not. Are they?

Yes, they are. It dosn't matter how old they are, I mean, some people have cousins or even siblings that are much older then they are, but it dosn't change their family relations. Hope this is useful!
