None of the movies ever suggest Kiara and Kovu having cubs, but you could make up your own characters and/or write a story or do an image or fanart, like Bambam said.

kovu and kiara probably would have had some cubs when they were king and queen. you could write a story about it if you like, or even make some fanart of them.
