Is it Nala or Zira?

I mean Vitani looks more like a pridelander, she had blue eyes and when she fights Nala she doesn't attack right away.

Vitani couldn't have been Zira's daughter because she is a lighter colour, Zira has reddish eyes, Vitani had blue. 

And if Vitani was Scar and Zira's cub, she would be darker she would have a nvose like Scar's or Zira's, and she would have dark circles around her eyes and ears.

If she was Nala and Scar's cub, she wouldn't have to look like Scar. She had Nala's blue eyes. And Nala's fur colour.

So who was Vitani's real mother?

Please, just go by what the movies tell you. Vitani is Zira's
daughter. And besides, she wouldn't have been exiled if she were a
pridelander, now would she?

you are correct, Vitani's mother is Zira, but i just wanted to point out one thing........*Technically-ALL of the outsiders were once pridelanders, but they became outsiders do to the fact they followed scar..---and Vtani wasn't really exiled, her mother was, which automatically exiles her. -just sayin

I agree. Nala isn't and wasn't Vitani's mother. As with the colors, remember, this is animation and movies we're talking about. Not real life. and who ever said Scar was Vitani's father? The movie never says anything about Zira and Scar having cubs. Hope this answers your question!
