I mean Zira and Scar had to meet sometime, im confuzzled about the whole thing with Scar, Zira, Vitani, Kovu and Nuka and all............where'd they all come from and meet?

No one actually knows when exactly Zira and Scar met. A lot of people
think that Zira was a member of Mufasa's pride and became mates with
Scar after her killed his brother and took over the pride. Vitani and
Nuka are probably Scar's cubs, but again, no one knows for sure.

When Scar was ''king'' he met Zira. At the time, she was a member of the pride like Nala and Kiara. After Simba returned, though, he banished Zira for being a follower of Scar.
