Nala or Vitani what would happen?

During the battle Nala and Vitani faced eachother and I was wondering what would happen if Vitani and Nala fought side by side and Zira knocked Nala over the ledge and Vitani helped Nala up and stood over her body to protect her. What would Zira and Simba think?

If that happened, well Simba might think it were a trick and Zira
would think Vtani were a traitor like she thought Kovu was a traitor.

They would both think that Vitani had defected to the
Pridelanders. Simba would be happy and Zira would have been
angry.
