I mean Sarabi and Sarafina, Nala's mother are like sisters since they hang out together so much and no wonder Simba calls sarafina her aunt. So that must mean Nala is not just his friend but might be his cousin too. What do you think?

Personally I think Sarafina was originally from another Pride before she joined Mufasa's and was already pregnant with Nala when she joined so I don't think that Sarabi and Sarafina are sisters and I don't think Simba and Nala are cousins.

It could happen. There are some TLK fan fics that talk about that sort possiblity. Personally I think they would be sisters
